Brian Quattlebaum is currently my manager at Just Hooked seafood in Fenwick Island, Delaware. Brian is one of my good friends and very unique. He is a very efficient guy, loves the ocean and surfing like me, and also has a great sense of creativity. He makes fantastic artwork out of salvaged wood and other recyclable materials. I chose Brian because I know from being around him that he is a very creative guy, He thinks out side of the box and is very talented. Although he did not come up with an idea pertaining to art, I still gained a lot of knowledge and insight about what Brian thinks will help the restaurant.
Interview #2
I chose Michelle because I knew she would be able to provide a situation in which a product or system would benefit her work day. Having a job dealing with the health of other citizens can be irritating and/or stressful. When Michelle gave me the idea of creating an alert type device, I was intrigued. Although this would be a seriously difficult task, I learned a lot about her job and that if this product was created, her job would become a lot easier.

Interview #3
Scot was not my best interview where he was unable to come up with a decent idea at first. After some time of thinking, the idea of the reheating coffee mug occurred. I thought this idea was awesome and would definitely benefit people around the world. I chose Scot not only because he is my father's friend, but also because he has an interesting occupation as the emergency communications supervisor. With all the accidents and trouble in Ocean City throughout the summer, I thought it would be good to interview him and see what could help make his job better. It turns out that as supervisor he does not answer the call-ins anymore. Thus causing him to think of an alternate idea. I learned to ask more questions throughout the interviews to help spark the minds of people.
